Privacy Policy
Effective: July 12, 2026
This privacy policy describes how RBJ Global LLC, a Texas limited liability company (referred to as "RBJ Global", "we", "us", or "our"), handles personal information collected through rbjglobal.com (the "Site"). It applies only to the Site. It does not apply to RBJ Global's products (Clawdemy, Clawless Computer, WhisprDesk), each of which has its own privacy policy at its own website. For purposes of GDPR or analogous laws, where any personal information is processed in connection with the Site, RBJ Global LLC is the data controller.
What we collect from this website
Anonymous, aggregate visit counts, and nothing that identifies you.
We run one privacy-first, cookieless analytics counter (Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by our host) to see how many people visit and which pages are read. It sets no cookies, does not identify you, and does not track you across other sites; it records only aggregate, non-identifying information such as the referring site, approximate country, and browser and device type. We set no cookies of any kind. We load no advertising or marketing scripts. We do not have email signup forms, contact forms, newsletters, or waitlists. Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) processes connection data such as your IP address and user agent in order to deliver pages to your browser and to defend against abuse. We do not access Cloudflare's operational logs to profile visitors, build audiences, or run marketing.
The only way data reaches us from this site is if you choose to send an email to [email protected]. In that case, we receive the email content and reply.
Verification
You can verify these claims yourself. Open your browser's developer tools, navigate to the Network tab, and reload any page on this site. You will see requests for the page itself, the static assets it references, self-hosted fonts, and one request to Cloudflare Web Analytics (our cookieless visit counter). You will not see Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, Mixpanel, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other third-party tracking script. Open the Application tab and look at Cookies and Local Storage for rbjglobal.com. Both lists will be empty; the counter sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We do not run browser fingerprinting, session recording, or behavioral telemetry of any kind.
Follow on LinkedIn link. The footer of this site includes a link to our LinkedIn company page. We do not load LinkedIn scripts, set cookies, or track visitors on this site. If you click the link, LinkedIn opens in a new tab and LinkedIn's own privacy practices apply once you're there.
Our products are separate
This site is purely informational. It is the public face of RBJ Global LLC, the parent company. Our products (Clawdemy, Clawless Computer, WhisprDesk) operate at their own websites and have their own privacy policies:
- Clawdemy: clawdemy.org
- Clawless Computer: clawless.ai
- WhisprDesk: whisprdesk.com
If you sign up for, purchase, or use any of those products, that product's privacy policy applies to your interactions with it. This policy covers only what happens on rbjglobal.com.
Payment processors
Payments for our paid products are handled by third-party processors (currently Lemon Squeezy and Stripe, depending on the product). Those processors collect billing information directly from purchasers under their own privacy policies. RBJ Global LLC does not store credit card numbers or payment data ourselves. See each product's site for its current payment processor and that processor's policy.
Your rights
Because rbjglobal.com does not collect personal data, there is typically nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or port on your behalf in connection with this website. If you have emailed us, you may request that we delete the email thread. To make that request, write to [email protected] from the email address used in the original thread. We will confirm deletion in writing.
Residents of California (CCPA / CPRA), the European Economic Area (GDPR), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), and other jurisdictions with similar laws have additional statutory rights regarding personal data held by businesses. Those rights apply to data that is actually held. As described above, the only personal data this site can hold is correspondence you have sent us. Requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of that correspondence should be sent to the address above.
For data held by our products (Clawdemy, Clawless Computer, WhisprDesk) or by our payment processors (Lemon Squeezy, Stripe), direct your rights requests to that product or processor. Their privacy policies describe the available process.
International data transfers
RBJ Global LLC operates from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, the email you send is processed and stored on infrastructure located in the United States. By emailing us, you understand that your message will cross international boundaries to reach us.
Children
rbjglobal.com is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Consistent with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child has emailed us, write to [email protected] and we will delete the correspondence. Residents of jurisdictions with higher minimum ages (for example, the EU general age-of-consent floor of 16 unless a member state has lowered it) should apply the local standard.
Future changes to these practices
This site now uses one privacy-first, cookieless analytics counter (described above); in keeping with the commitment below, we are disclosing it here and flagging it at the top of this page for 30 days. If our practices change again in the future, we will update this policy with a new effective date and clear disclosure of what changed. In particular, if we ever add anything that collects personal data or tracks individuals, we will update this policy first, deploy any consent mechanism required for your jurisdiction, and describe specifically what is collected and why. We commit to updating before changing, not after.
We may revise this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of the page and post the revised text. Material changes that expand the categories of data we collect or the ways we share data will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days. Because this site collects only anonymous, aggregate visit counts, such changes are expected to be rare.
