Open-source software our products are built on (including OpenClaw, OpenAI Whisper, Next.js, Astro, Starlight, and others) carries its own license. License notices appear on each product's own website where the software is in use.

Third-party links

This site links to clawdemy.org, clawless.ai, whisprdesk.com, github.com/RBJGlobal, and a small number of other external sites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those external sites.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RBJ Global LLC, its members, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of rbjglobal.com, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Venue

Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of rbjglobal.com that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Each party waives any objection based on inconvenient forum.
